General Terms

Please ensure the driver’s credit card has sufficient funds. A valid driving license and passport or valid Moroccan ID are required. It is obligatory to present your rental voucher on collection of the car. Vehicles must be returned in the same condition, with fuel and equipment intact, to avoid extra charges. Local tolls and highway fees are paid on the spot. Smoking is prohibited.

Security Deposit

The deposit is not charged to your credit card; it is blocked only. The blocked amount will be unblocked within a maximum of 30 days after vehicle return. Debit cards are not accepted for the excess. Prepaid cards, American Express cards, virtual cards, and cards issued by virtual banks are not accepted. Credit cards expiring less than 3 months from the drop-off date are not accepted. A €5 credit card processing fee is charged at the local office at the end of the rental and is not included.

Restricted Roads / Areas of Use

Off-road driving is prohibited. All vehicles have GPS trackers. Damage from off-road use is not insured; a €300 penalty applies.

Optional Items / Extras

Special equipment and optional extras may be requested at booking or pick-up, subject to availability. Additional driver, GPS, and child seat are charged at €9.00 per day each. The maximum charge per rental for extras is €135.

Traffic Infringements & Fines

Renters cover fines (speeding, parking, tolls). The supplier charges an administration fee for handling fines.

Driver License Rules

All drivers must hold a valid B-category driving license for at least 2 years. Licenses must be written in Roman alphabet; otherwise an International Driving Permit or officially approved translation is required. A valid passport or Moroccan ID is required.

Compensation Policy

In rare cases, compensation is limited to the booking price if the local office is liable.
