Supplier reserves the right to refuse or cancel booking at any time if you do not meet renting requirements.

General Terms

  • Driver's credit card must have sufficient funds.
  • Valid driving license and passport required for all drivers.
  • Additional drivers must meet same requirements; daily fee may apply.
  • Airport shuttle service available free within office hours.
  • Vehicle must be returned in the same condition, with normal wear and tear excepted, and to the pre-arranged station.
  • Roadside assistance covers mechanical faults; call-outs due to driver negligence may incur a fee.
  • Local tolls/highway fees paid by driver.
  • Smoking prohibited in all vehicles.

Security Deposit

  • Required when collecting vehicle.
  • Deducted from credit card based on chosen insurance package.
  • Cash deposits not accepted.

Restricted roads / areas of use

  • Off-road, dirt roads, sand, and water crossings prohibited.
  • GPS trackers installed; no insurance covers off-road damage.
  • Penalty of €300 applies for off-road use, regardless of damage.

Optional items / extras

  • Special equipment may be requested at booking or pick-up; subject to availability.

Traffic infringements & Fines

  • Renter covers all fines; supplier may charge administration fee.

Age rules

  • Minimum age 21 for MINI, ECONOMY, COMPACT, INTERMEDIATE; 24 for others.
  • Maximum age 85; additional fees for young/senior drivers.

Mileage policy*

  • Unlimited mileage included; fair usage policy applies.

Fuel policy

  • Same to Same: return with same fuel level; missing fuel + 20€ refuelling fee.

One-way rentals

  • Allowed with 48-hour prior notice; one-way fee applies.

Driver licence rules

  • Valid license from country of residence required.
  • Non-Latin licenses require International Driving Permit or official translation.
  • License must be valid for entire rental and held at least 1 year.
  • Additional ID/address proof required.

Amendments to bookings

  • Inform office immediately in case of delay.
  • No refund for early return, reduced days, or downgrade.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be in writing; phone cancellations not accepted.
  • Up to 48 hours before pick-up: full refund.
  • 24–48 hours: 50% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours: no refund.
  • Refunds processed within 30 business days.

Compensation Policy

  • For unaccommodated bookings due to local office liability: up to total booking price on voucher.

Service out of business hours

  • Available on request; fees apply for pick-up, drop-off, or both.

Full Terms

  • Additional drivers: daily surcharge 5€, max 50€, up to 3 drivers.
  • Out of hours service: 25€ extra including airport fee.
  • Late return: after 60 minutes, full-day rate + 25€ fee.
  • Age: 21–85; extra fees for drivers <24 or >71.
  • Cross Border: written permission required; additional fees may apply.
  • Damage Waiver (CDW) covers vehicle damages with deductibles by car group; excludes underside, interior, windshields, mirrors, key, fuel errors, ferry transport, acts of God, wheels/tires.
  • CDW voided under negligence, unauthorized drivers, illegal use, off-road, intentional damage.
  • Delivery/collection: request in advance; extra fees may apply.
  • One-way drop: request required; fee applies if unauthorized.
  • Inclusive: unlimited mileage, CDW, TP, third party, airport fees, VAT; extra products may incur fees.
  • Payment: cash, credit/debit cards in driver’s name; virtual/prepaid cards not accepted.
  • Deposit: blocked on credit card; varies by car group (450–1200€).
  • Roadside Assistance: free 24/7; towing on restricted roads at renter cost.
  • Driver requirements: license >12 months; ID checks may apply; International Driving Permit may be required.
  • FDW: optional, reduces CDW excess to zero; coverage exclusions similar to CDW.
  • WUG: optional with FDW; covers underside, mirrors, keys, antenna.
  • SLP: third party liability up to 1,220,000€ per person and property.
  • Theft Protection: deductible by car group; excludes attempted theft, key loss, personal items, acts of God, terrorist attacks.
